What ship are we sailing on? +
We're sailing aboard Carnival Firenze — one of Carnival's newest and most beautiful ships. She sails out of Long Beach, California and is packed with dining, entertainment, pools, and experiences for the whole group to enjoy.
What is included in the cruise fare? +
Your cruise fare includes your stateroom, all main dining, entertainment, and access to ship amenities. Specialty dining, alcoholic beverages, spa services, shore excursions, and gratuities are additional.
Do I need a passport to sail to Mexico? +
For this sailing, U.S. citizens may use a valid passport, passport card, or Enhanced Driver's License (EDL). A standard driver's license is not sufficient. Non-U.S. citizens should contact Reggie for specific document requirements.
Can solo travelers join? +
Yes — solo travelers are welcome. A single supplement may apply for solo cabin occupancy. Reach out to Reggie to discuss your options before booking.
What is the cancellation policy? +
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation penalties increase as the sailing date approaches per Carnival's standard policy. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment.
